  • While our spacious bridal suite can accommodate the bride and up to 8 guests, if you ask us, this is one time that less is more! Finding the perfect gown can be an overwhelming task, especially when conflicting opinions start swirling. To keep confusion to a minimum, we recommend bringing only your most bonafide bridal hype team.

  • Absolutely! At Tailored, we believe all love is worthy of celebration. If you’re looking be pampered while you try on the most gorgeous gowns in the city, Tailored is for you — no matter how you identify or who you love.

  • No, we’ll have everything you need to have a successful and stress free appointment. That said, if you have shoes, jewelry, or other accessories you plan to wear on your big day, please bring them along so we can see how everything comes together. And don’t forget to wear nude, seamless undies.

  • It’s never too early to start! We suggest getting started around 12 months prior to your wedding date. Our gowns are made-to-order and some take as long as six months to make. Add time for shipping, alterations, and finding the perfect accessories, and those 12 months will be gone before you know it! Working on a tighter timeline?   • All of our designers make your gown specifically for you, and designer lead times vary from just 10 weeks to 24 weeks.

  • We don’t offer in-house alterations, but are more than happy to recommend talented and trusted seamstresses to brides who purchase their gown with us.

  • Our carefully curated selection of designer gowns begins at $5,500 and goes up to about $10,000, with an average investment of $7,500. You won’t find higher quality, more expertly constructed gowns anywhere in St. Louis.

  • Currently, all of our samples are bridal sizes 10 and 12.

  • We require payment in full at the time of your purchase and accept all major credit cards, cash, and check. Once payment has been made and our contract has been signed, we immediately place your order. All sales are final.

  • Along with our collection of stunning, artfully created bridal gowns, you’ll find veils by Toni Federici and Veil Trends, jewelry and headpieces by A.B. Ellie, and other accessories like gloves and capes.
